The cover art portrays a diverse team collaborating with their different skills and expertise to obtain a comprehensive description of the phase diagram of water. The team members look different from each other, but, more importantly, they work together. The teams diversity likely extends well beyond visual clues, with persons identifying as scientists and engineers, with different gender identities, different races and ethnicities, different sets of abilities, different levels of education, and including a variety of ages and socioeconomic backgrounds. Inclusion and respect require that one avoids making assumptions and treats every person as an individual and with respect.
